Senior Operations Associate
Rudasingwa Olivier Briny is a Senior Operations Associate at the ALU School of Wildlife Conservation, where he works at the intersection of education, operations, and conservation to strengthen how future African leaders are developed. Born and raised in Rwanda, his early exposure to the region’s natural landscapes shaped a lasting interest in conservation and its role in sustainable development.
His career has consistently followed an operations-focused path, spanning data management, human resources, and program operations. He brings a structured, systems-thinking approach to improving how programs run and how people experience them, with a strong emphasis on execution, efficiency, and impact. In his current role, he contributes to the design and delivery of immersive conservation learning experiences, while also supporting partnerships, donor reporting, and program logistics.
Olivier holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in International Business and Trade from ALU. He is particularly interested in how operational strategy can be used to scale conservation education and drive long-term institutional impact across Africa.
Outside of his professional work, he remains engaged in community initiatives and continues to build his skills in data analysis and creative design. He is motivated by growth, challenge, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to conservation-driven systems change.
